We offer free US shipping over $200

We will happily offer returns and exchanges for all items that meet our requirements listed below:

Due to the rising costs in shipping and credit card processing fees, any returns of $500 or more from a single order will be charged a restocking fee of 7% to cover these expenses. If the customer receives free shipping but keeps less than the free minimum cost of shipping ($200) from the order, we will be deducting the shipping fee that would have been paid from your return order. If you paid for shipping, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns- All returns will be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Any orders returned after 7 days will not be accepted. If the customer sends us a shipping label, we would be happy to send their stuff back to them. If not, the items will be donated after 90 days.

Return authorization is required. All returns must be processed via our automated returns portal (www.Udelnyus.returncenter.us) where you can also receive a prepaid shipping label. If you request a prepaid shipping label, the return label costs will be deducted from your refund. Once you have received your return label, you have 3 business days to ship the return, or it will be rejected. Return shipping is at the customers expense unless the item is damaged, defective, or the customer received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and with the original tags still intact. The item(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, and in the same condition in which they were received. If the clothes arrive back to us damaged, with makeup stains, or any other imperfection that is not a manufacturers defect, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In the event this happens, the customer can supply us with a label to send their items back, or they will be donated after 90 days. Please indicate your 5 digit order number inside the return package.

Online orders can only be returned/exchanged online. Stores will NOT accept online returns/exchanges.

Once the customers return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received the return item(s).

Exchanges- Customers have the option to exchange full priced and sale items under certain conditions.

For full priced exchanges, a prepaid return label will be provided to you at no cost. Please place a new order and email us with your old and new order numbers to receive your label and be refunded accordingly. Please indicate your 5 digit order number inside the return package.

For sale item exchanges: please note all sale items are FINAL SALE and can not be refunded, only exchanged. To exchange a sale item, the customer must place a new order for the same item(s), only differing in size or color.  Please note that customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.. Additionally, if your order initially included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount upon return.  If the exchange order does not include the sale item(s) being returned, it is not considered an exchange, and the customer will not be receiving a refund on the item(s). the customer will be contacted via email and asked if they would like to send us a shipping label and we would be happy to send the items back, or they will be donated after 90 days. Please note exchange of sale items depends on stock availability.

Please be aware we DO NOT send out replacement items. When choosing to exchange, the customer must place a new order.  Please email us at ([email protected]) with your old and new order numbers so we are aware of the exchange.  If the customer does not email us, we will not know they’ve completed an exchange. This is a very important step in the exchange process.

Accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange (hats, beanies, gloves, belts, etc.)

 

Udelny is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged products after they have been shipped. If you receive your item(s) damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes- Udelny is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
